Birmingham, Alabama
March of 2009 came in like a lion in the Deep South. Snow fell across much of Alabama and in parts of Georgia and
Mississippi as well. The area of the region covered was unique as snow fell almost as far south as the Florida line. Cities
including Birmingham, Montgomery, Troy, Ozark and Dothan reported measurable snow. The pictures here were taken in
